It is engineered to withstand acids, salt spray, and corrosive gases, where standard equipment would typically fail.
Material Options for Different Media
This unit is suitable for operating media with a pH range of 2–12 and can handle salt spray, chlorine, ammonia, and other corrosive gases.
Four surface treatment options are available: galvanized coating, powder coating, 316L stainless steel, and PTFE (Teflon) coating. These options provide corrosion protection ranging from C3 to C5 levels, depending on application requirements.
Long Service Life in Severe Conditions
Standard protection provides a service life of ≥5 years, while enhanced protection can extend service life to ≥8 years.
For highly corrosive environments such as seawater or strong chemical exposure, upgraded materials are available. The shell can be manufactured from 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy, while the tubes can be made from titanium or copper-nickel alloy.
Our factory employs 30 workers and supports OEM and ODM services. Custom manufacturing based on your drawings is available.
