Material Options for Different Environments
Plate thickness ranges from 0.8 to 1.2 mm. Standard materials include stainless steel 304 and 316L. For seawater or highly corrosive environments, titanium plates are available.
Gasket materials can also be selected based on application needs. NBR rubber supports temperatures up to 120°C, while fluorine rubber can withstand up to 200°C and offers excellent resistance to acids and alkalis.
Our factory covers 6,000 square meters and employs 30 workers. OEM and ODM services are available.
Easy Maintenance
We provide dedicated cleaning tools, allowing the unit to be cleaned within two hours without requiring specialized technicians.
