Stable Performance Under Ship Motion
The unit is designed to operate under rolling angles of ±30° and tilting angles of ±15°, with vibration resistance in the range of 10–50 Hz. It meets relevant marine equipment standards and maintains stable operation under dynamic conditions.
Advanced Corrosion Protection for Seawater Environments
To address the challenges of seawater corrosion, titanium tubes are used as the preferred material. Alternatively, copper-nickel alloy (B30) can be selected.
The shell is constructed from 316L stainless steel, and additional anti-salt spray surface treatment is applied. The unit is rated at IP65 for outdoor marine environments and meets moisture resistance standards in accordance with GB/T 10485-2007.
Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines, including fully automatic tube bending and high-speed fin stamping systems. OEM and ODM services are supported.
