Designed for Cold Storage Applications
The unit operates at evaporation temperatures from -40°C to -10°C and condensation temperatures from 0°C to 30°C, making it suitable for most cold storage facilities.
Two defrost options are available: electric heating and hot-gas defrosting. The defrost cycle is typically 6–12 hours. Fin spacing ranges from 3.0–4.0 mm, and the system includes an automatic defrost device that activates when frost reaches approximately 5 mm.
Materials Designed for Low Temperatures
The shell is made of stainless steel 304, while the tubes use copper-nickel alloy. Seals are made from low-temperature-resistant rubber that remains effective even at -50°C.
Both indoor and outdoor versions are available. The indoor type is designed to resist low temperatures and condensation, while the outdoor type is designed to withstand snow and cold weather.
OEM and ODM services are supported, and custom production based on drawings is available.
