With nearly 20 years of in-depth experience in manufacturing refrigeration and heat exchange equipment, we have developed the industrial condenser as a core heat exchange component for industrial-grade refrigeration scenarios, widely compatible with various large and medium-sized industrial refrigeration systems. This industrial condenser adopts a core structure of copper tubes with aluminum fins. It uses high-purity copper tubes of multiple specifications such as 9.52mm, 15.88mm and 7mm, matched with corrugated or bridge-type louvered aluminum fins. Through strict mechanical tube expanding process, the fin hole walls are tightly fitted to the copper tubes, effectively offsetting the gap caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Its heat exchange efficiency is 1.2-1.3 times higher than that of ordinary similar products. As one of the domestic factories that early focused on the R&D and production of tube-fin heat exchangers, our industrial condensers implement unified quality control standards from raw material selection to finished product delivery. Each piece of equipment undergoes a high-pressure holding test to ensure zero-leakage delivery, and can operate stably for a long time under high-load industrial working conditions.

To meet the installation requirements of different industrial scenarios, this industrial condenser supports customization of various structural forms such as flat type, L type, U type, G type and O type, and can directly match the assembly dimensions of various industrial water chillers, refrigeration compressor units and heat pump units. The core raw materials of the product are made of high-purity copper and rust-proof aluminum alloy, which have excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable heat exchange performance under normal temperature to medium and low temperature industrial refrigeration conditions. We are equipped with automatic production equipment such as fully automatic tube bending production lines and high-speed fin stamping production lines, with a monthly production capacity of 1-3 million RMB. We can not only meet the customized small-batch needs of end customers, but also support long-term stable replenishment for overseas agents, and guarantee customers' project progress with flexible delivery cycles.

 

The product is widely used in industrial refrigeration systems in chemical and textile industries, low-temperature refrigeration scenarios in food processing and pharmaceutical warehousing, matching of industrial water chillers and freezing units, refrigeration systems for large cold storages and cold chain logistics, and matching of industrial constant temperature and humidity equipment.

We are a source factory focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of tube-fin refrigeration heat exchangers in China. Formerly a business unit under Huizhong Group, we completed restructuring and established Xiangshui Deerkang Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2006, with nearly 20 years of production experience in heat exchange equipment. The factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters and is equipped with a full set of production and testing equipment such as fully automatic tube bending production lines, high-speed fin stamping production lines, tube expanding machines, tube bending machines and pressure leak detection lines. We currently have 30 skilled production employees, with a stable monthly production capacity of 1-3 million RMB. We hold 9 utility model patents and 1 software copyright. Our products have long served customers in refrigeration, air conditioning, chemical and other industries across multiple provinces and cities in China. With an annual output value of 21 million RMB in 2024, we have the production and delivery capacity to support long-term batch cooperation with customers at home and abroad.

We support full-dimensional OEM/ODM customization services, and can carry out exclusive development according to the technical drawings, dimensional parameters or physical samples provided by customers. For industrial condenser products, everything from tube diameter selection, fin specifications, structural form to surface treatment methods can be adjusted as needed. The development cycle for ordinary customized samples is 15 working days. Orders above the minimum order quantity support mixed production of products of different models and specifications, which can fully meet the differentiated needs of agents for multi-category stocking and end customers for project customization. We have an independent technical docking team, which will fully communicate with customers to confirm all technical parameters before sales, ensuring that customized products fully match customers' equipment assembly and working condition requirements.

We have established a sound quality management system and equipped full-time quality control personnel to cover the entire production process. Each industrial condenser undergoes multiple inspection procedures from the warehousing of raw materials. During the production process, random inspections are conducted post by post for key processes such as tube expanding, tube bending and welding. Before delivery of finished products, 100% high-pressure holding leak detection test is implemented to ensure that the products meet the pressure bearing standard and have zero leakage. We support third-party institutions to conduct on-site inspection, and customers can follow up the production progress throughout the process. We can regularly provide picture and video feedback of the production site if required. All delivered products come with a 1-year warranty. If product damage is caused by the supplier's production reasons, we will take charge of replacement at the first time to ensure the stable operation of customers' projects and equipment.
