Our independently developed and produced evaporative type of condenser is a high-efficiency refrigeration heat exchange equipment integrating evaporative cooling and tube-fin heat exchange technologies, designed for the energy saving and consumption reduction needs of large and medium-sized refrigeration systems. Relying on our nearly 20 years of experience in heat exchanger manufacturing, this evaporative type of condenser optimizes the heat exchange process on the basis of the traditional tube-fin heat exchange structure. It takes away heat through the evaporation of sprayed water film, and its heat exchange efficiency is significantly improved compared with conventional air-cooled condensers. It can effectively reduce the operating energy consumption of refrigeration systems, and is a cost-effective option for industrial refrigeration, cold chain storage and other scenarios. As a source production factory, all core heat exchange components of our evaporative type of condenser are produced independently. From copper tube expanding, fin stamping to complete machine assembly, all processes are completed in the factory, which not only ensures the stability of core performance, but also leaves sufficient profit margins for overseas purchasers and agents.

The core heat exchange unit of the evaporative type of condenser adopts our mature copper tube aluminum fin process, using high-purity copper tubes matched with high-efficiency louvered aluminum fins, which are tightly combined through mechanical tube expanding, and there will be no heat exchange attenuation due to thermal expansion and contraction during long-term operation. The overall structure of the product is optimally designed. The spray system has a high matching degree with the heat exchange core, with uniform water distribution and less scaling, and daily maintenance is simple and convenient. We support exclusive customization according to customers' refrigeration capacity requirements and installation site dimensions. Everything from heat exchange area to interface position can be adjusted as needed. With professional pre-sales technical docking, we ensure that the product can perfectly match customers' refrigeration systems. The product is applicable to refrigeration systems of large and medium-sized cold storages and cold chain logistics distribution centers, matching of industrial refrigeration stations and chemical cooling systems, freezing and refrigeration systems of food processing and slaughtering industries, supermarket cold chains, agricultural product fresh-keeping warehouses, as well as matching of industrial water chillers and freezing units.

We have a 6,000-square-meter standardized production plant equipped with automatic production equipment such as fully automatic tube bending production lines and high-speed fin stamping lines, with a monthly production capacity of 1-3 million RMB, which can stably undertake batch orders. After order confirmation, we will open an exclusive production channel and arrange production reasonably to guarantee the delivery cycle. The delivery cycle for standard products is 15-30 working days, and that for customized products is 30-50 working days. Customers can keep track of the progress at any time during production, and we can provide picture or video feedback of the production site as required. For repeat customers, we will keep all production parameters, and can further shorten the delivery cycle under sufficient production capacity to ensure customers' replenishment efficiency.

We have a mature customized production system and support customers to customize all parameters of the evaporative type of condenser according to their own project needs. Customers can provide technical drawings, design parameters or reference samples. Our technical team will complete sufficient demand docking in the early stage and confirm all details before putting into production. The development cycle for conventional customized samples is 15 working days, and the delivery cycle for batch customized products is 30-50 working days. For cooperative agents, we support mixed ordering of products of multiple models and specifications, and can flexibly adjust order configurations to meet the differentiated needs of different regional markets.

We have established a full-process service system covering pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales. Before sales, professional technicians will dock the demand and provide selection suggestions and customized scheme design; during sales, we strictly control production and quality inspection links to ensure that products are delivered with quality and quantity; after sales, full-time service personnel are set up to respond to and handle problems feedback by customers at the first time. All delivered products come with a 1-year warranty period. If product quality problems or damage are caused by production and manufacturing reasons, we will be responsible for replacement unconditionally.
