Our coolroom condenser, specially built for various cold storage refrigeration systems, is the core heat exchange component for low-temperature refrigeration and freezing scenarios. It is optimally designed based on nearly 20 years of tube-fin heat exchanger manufacturing experience, and can operate stably for a long time under multi-temperature zone low-temperature working conditions. This coolroom condenser adopts high-purity copper tubes matched with rust-proof and corrosion-resistant aluminum fins. Through precision mechanical tube expanding process, the fins and copper tubes are tightly combined. There will be no gaps due to thermal expansion and contraction in low-temperature environments, ensuring continuous and stable heat exchange efficiency. In view of the characteristics of high humidity and easy frosting in cold storages, we have carried out special optimization on fin spacing and surface treatment to reduce the impact of frosting on heat exchange effect and reduce customers' daily defrosting maintenance frequency. As a source production factory, each of our coolroom condensers undergoes strict low-temperature working condition simulation test and high-pressure leak detection to ensure reliable condensation support for the cold storage system after delivery.

The coolroom condenser supports customization of various structural forms such as flat type, L type and U type, and can perfectly adapt to the installation needs of cold storage units with different volumes and different temperature levels. From high-temperature fresh-keeping warehouses to low-temperature quick-freezing warehouses, we can match the corresponding heat exchange area and tube diameter configuration according to customers' refrigeration capacity requirements, and provide one-to-one selection and adaptation services. We have fully automatic tube bending production lines and high-speed fin stamping equipment, with a stable monthly production capacity of 1-3 million RMB. We can not only meet the customized supply for terminal cold storage engineering projects, but also provide stable batch stocking support for overseas cold chain equipment agents. With flexible delivery cycles, we guarantee customers' project promotion and sales rhythm.

 

The product is widely applicable to various low-temperature refrigeration scenarios such as fresh food fresh-keeping warehouses, meat freezing warehouses, pharmaceutical cold chain cold storages, supermarket cold chain storage, agricultural product controlled atmosphere warehouses and quick-freezing processing workshops, and can be used in conjunction with various cold storage compressor units and refrigeration units.

We support full-process OEM/ODM customization services, and can carry out exclusive customization on the heat exchange area, tube diameter specifications, structural form and interface position of the coolroom condenser according to customers' cold storage size, refrigeration capacity requirements and installation space constraints. Customers can provide technical drawings, design parameters or physical samples. Our technical team will complete full docking in the early stage and confirm all technical details before putting into production. The development cycle for ordinary customized samples is 15 working days, and the delivery cycle for batch customized products is 30-50 working days. At the same time, it supports mixed production of products of different specifications in the same batch of orders to meet the diversified needs of engineering customers and agents.

We provide flexible payment cooperation methods. For standard coolroom condenser orders, the settlement method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before delivery; for customized products, the settlement method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment before delivery. We accept settlement in both RMB and US dollars, and can cooperate with overseas customers' foreign exchange payment process. For bulk purchase orders, we also provide corresponding price discount policies to guarantee the profit margins of cooperative customers and support long-term stable cooperative development of both parties.

We have established a quality management system covering the whole production process, and equipped full-time quality inspection personnel to control the whole production link of coolroom condensers. From the warehousing of core raw materials such as copper tubes and aluminum foils, material and size inspections are carried out. During the production process, random inspections are conducted post by post for key processes such as tube expanding, tube bending and welding. Before delivery of finished products, 100% high-pressure holding leak detection test is implemented to ensure that each product meets the zero-leakage standard. We support customers to entrust third-party institutions to conduct factory inspection. All delivered products come with a 1-year warranty service. If product quality problems are caused by production and manufacturing reasons, we will be responsible for replacement at the first time to ensure the stable operation of customers' cold storage systems.
