U-Shape Design for Stability
Standard dimensions range from 0.6–1.8 m in diameter and 1.5–5 m in length. The connection direction is end in and end out, with custom options available. The unit boasts strong structural integrity with a pressure rating of ≥1.6 MPa and earthquake resistance level 7 or higher, handling plant vibrations and challenging environments with ease.
Maintains Heat Exchange ≥88%
Fin rows range from 6 to 12, and face air speed is 2.0–3.5 m/s. Heat exchange remains stable under sustained high loads. A maintenance space of ≥0.6 m is included along with a cleaning port for online maintenance, eliminating the need for full disassembly. Our facility features a full-auto tube bending line and high-speed fin stamping line. OEM and ODM services are supported.
