Materials That Match Your Needs

You can select from three plate materials:

Stainless steel 304 for standard applications

Stainless steel 316L for anti-corrosion needs

Titanium for strong corrosion resistance or seawater use

Single plate area ranges from 0.5 to 1.0㎡. Single units cover 5–50㎡, and joined units can reach up to 300㎡.

Easy Maintenance

Operating pressure is 1.6 MPa for regular conditions, up to 2.5 MPa for high-pressure applications. Working temperature ranges from -40°C to 150°C. Seals are NBR (≤120°C) or fluorine rubber (≤200°C, acid and alkali resistant), with a service life of ≥3 years. The unit features a washable design and can be cleaned in under 2 hours using included tools. OEM and ODM services are supported.
