Performs in Low Temperatures
It operates in outdoor temperatures from -30°C to 15°C, maintaining water outlet temperatures of 40–55°C. Even at -30°C, heat loss remains ≤20%, demonstrating excellent low-temperature performance. When outdoor temperature drops to ≤5°C, frost begins to form, and our evaporator achieves a defrost efficiency of ≥90% with defrost cycles completed in ≤10 minutes.
Maintains High Heat Exchange
Airflow ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 m³/h, with a face air speed of 2.0–3.0 m/s. Heat exchange area covers 50–200㎡. The unit works in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 60°C. Fins are spray coated, and copper tubes have anti-corrosion coating to prevent rust. At -25°C, it retains ≥85% of rated heat; at -30°C, it retains ≥70%. Our factory employs 30 workers, supporting both OEM and ODM services.
