Two Styles for Different Needs
We offer air coolers and coil-type evaporators. It is suitable for high-temperature storage rooms (0°C to 5°C), medium-temperature rooms (-10°C to 0°C), low-temperature rooms (-25°C to -10°C), and quick-freezing rooms (-40°C to -25°C).
The corresponding evaporation temperatures are -5°C, -15°C, -30°C, and -45°C. You can choose electric defrost or hot-gas defrost. The defrost cycle is every 6 to 12 hours, and defrost time is under 30 minutes. This helps keep storage temperatures stable.
Fin Spacing Matches Storage Temperature
For high-temperature storage, fin spacing is 2.5 mm. For low-temperature storage, it is 3.5 to 4.0 mm, which helps prevent frost buildup.
The refrigerant charge ranges from 10 to 50 kg depending on heat exchange area. Full-liquid feed and dry-feed options are available. After defrosting, no ice remains on the fins, and there is no standing water in the drain tray. OEM and ODM services are supported.
