Our rail vehicle evaporator is designed for high-speed trains, subways, and urban rail systems. It meets the strict requirements of rail transportation and provides stable cooling for passenger cars.
Dual-Voltage Design
The control circuit operates on DC110V, while the fan circuit uses AC380V. Power ranges from 5 to 15 kW, which matches rail vehicle power systems.
It complies with EN 50159 requirements for shock and vibration and can withstand shocks of up to 100g/11ms. Our rail vehicle evaporator performs reliably under train movement.
Strong Safety Performance
The fire rating is UL94 V-0. Dust protection reaches IP65. The unit operates in humidity levels up to 95% without condensation and complies with GB/T 2423.16 for mold resistance.
These features make it suitable for the complex rail environment. Noise inside the carriage is ≤60 dB, airflow ranges from 2000 to 8000 m³/h, and temperature distribution deviation is ≤10%, ensuring even cooling throughout the car. Our factory employs 30 workers, and OEM and ODM services are supported.
