Flexible Fin Setup
Fin thickness: 0.18 mm; spacing: 1.8, 2.5, or 3.5 mm. Tube rows: 2, 4, 6, 8. Expansion or welding used, fit rate ≥98%. Design pressure: 1.6 MPa (regular), 2.5 MPa (high pressure). Surface passivation standard; tin plating (≥10 μm) for corrosive conditions. OEM and ODM services supported.
