It has high product consistency and stable delivery cycle, and can be directly matched with refrigeration equipment in household, commercial, industrial and other fields. This Fin and Tube Air Cooled Condenser uses high-quality TP2 deoxidized copper tubes and corrugated aluminum fins as core raw materials. Through high-precision mechanical tube expanding technology, it achieves seamless fitting between fins and copper tubes, effectively offsetting the gap impact caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and stable heat exchange efficiency during long-term operation. The product tube diameter covers φ7mm-φ15.88mm, and the number of tube rows can be flexibly customized from 2 rows to 12 rows. The heat exchange area is matched on demand, which can adapt to the needs of units with different refrigeration capacities. For special working conditions, configurations such as hydrophilic coating, anti-corrosion plastic spraying and stainless steel fins can be customized to adapt to different environments such as outdoor, corrosion and dust. Factory Strength
Our factory was founded in 2006, formerly a restructured enterprise under Huizhong Group, and is one of the earliest professional manufacturers engaged in air conditioning system heat exchanger production in China. We have a 6,000-square-meter standardized production base, equipped with fully automatic tube bending production lines, high-speed fin stamping production lines, numerical control tube expanding equipment and pressure leak detection production lines and other full set of production equipment, with a monthly production capacity of 1 million to 3 million RMB. We have an independent R&D and technical team, and have obtained 9 utility model patents and 1 software copyright cumulatively. Finned tube condenser products have been verified by the market for many years, and have been matched with many domestic refrigeration equipment enterprises. In 2024, the enterprise's annual output value reached 21 million RMB, with stable batch delivery and product iteration capabilities.
Quality Control
We have established a quality management system throughout the whole production process, equipped with full-time quality control personnel to inspect all nodes of raw materials, production processes and finished product performance of Fin and Tube Air Cooled Condenser. When copper tubes and fin raw materials enter the factory, material reports and dimensional accuracy are verified. During the production process, key processes such as tube expanding, bending and welding are sampled. Finished products undergo 100% pressure leak test before leaving the factory, with the test pressure reaching 1.5 times the design pressure, and pressure holding test ensures zero leakage. We support customers to entrust third-party institutions for factory inspection. Products are accompanied by complete material certificates and pressure test reports, and all quality nodes are traceable.
Packaging & Transportation
The Fin and Tube Air Cooled Condenser adopts customized protective packaging, with protective guard plates installed on the fin surface, and buffer materials wrapped at corners and interface parts to avoid fin deformation and interface bumps during transportation. Export orders are packaged in fumigation-free reinforced wooden cases, filled with buffer materials inside, which can directly adapt to long-distance sea and land transportation needs. We support two trade terms: EXW (Ex Works) and FOB (Free on Board). The delivery cycle of standard products is 15-30 working days, and customized products are 30-50 working days. After order confirmation, exclusive production channels are arranged to ensure on-time delivery of goods, and progress photos can be provided according to customer needs during the production process.
